There are times when you feel ok in difficult times and looking after yourself effectively. Yet this may also be mixed with events where you feel you may have judged or criticised yourself in ways that have not been so helpful, maybe lingering negative thoughts about how a particular experience was handled.

You are really viewing your experiences in a balanced way, regulating your thoughts and emotions appropriately.
