Academic Skills Assessment
Academic Skills are the approaches and strategies students use to learn. Learning and practicing academic skills will not only increase grades, but your child will also benefit from a boost in their confidence, reduction in their stress level and have more time for fun and relaxation. You might also already know that employers look for those who are organized, can effectively manage their time, can absorb new information, think critically, and are self-aware.
If the assessment determines that your student would benefit from strengthening their academic skills, register for a course here or book an in-home conversation to further discuss your student’s needs with our Director of Education.

Good Start, but would benefit from a boost.
Your student appears to be using some skills and strategies that are important for academic success. They would benefit from receiving specific instruction to address the areas less familiar to them and to help them gain confidence. This could be done through a course or one-on-one instruction.

Your student's knowledge and use of academic skills is good. If they are still experiencing difficulty in school, a conversation with an Educational Consultant could uncover other barriers.
