The Traditional Perspective includes those who like to:
- Share lived experience as a way to contribute to decision-making.
- Have corporate memory of a company or organization.
- Share knowledge and mentor the next generation.
- Promote well-being
For example, they could be storytellers, historians, teachers, knowledge keepers, language speakers, or those have worked at a company/organization the longest.
The Relationship Perspective includes those who like to:
- Build relationships and form connections
- Take their time with process.
- Include everyone.
- Spend a lot of time getting to know each other and share stories to connect with each other.
- Promote inclusion
For example, they could be social workers, nurses, caregivers, teachers, active community members, and more.
The Innovation Perspective includes those who like to:
- Take time to think and process.
- Have quiet time and breaks.
- Ask a lot of questions.
- Promote options and freedom.
For example, they could be the creatives, inventors, innovative thinkers, systems thinkers, artists, and out of the box thinkers.
The Action Perspective includes those who like to:
- Get things done.
- Be brief when they are talking.
- Know what needs to be done so they can do it.
- Want to make sure they are being productive and efficient.
For example, they could be managers and directors in organizations.
