Discover Your Good Girl Protector Archetype
Here you go! You’re doing it – you’re diving into this.
This isn’t just a quiz; it’s a key to unlocking some truly powerful insights. This could save you years – even decades – of struggle, self-sabotage, and masking who you truly are.
And with 2025 fast approaching, for many reasons, there has never been a more important time to dismantle and heal our own internalized patriarchy; both for ourselves, the life we are wanting to build and the world and legacy we want to create in our time here.
Ready to begin?
Before you start, here’s something to remember: these patterns aren’t you. They’re just ways your body has learned to navigate a world shaped by patriarchy. You’re so much bigger than these patterns, but there’s a deep wisdom within them waiting to be uncovered.
And you may look at them the first time and feel super seen, or you may feel like "No, that is not me!!" Pay attention to any strong reactions either way (there is always important information and associations in there for what we reject in ourselves or others). You may need to read the descritpion 2-3 times to see the deeper truth emerging through the words and what DOES resonate.
A few things to know:
-
It’ll take around 15+ minutes, so find a cozy spot, breathe deep, and settle in. If you like, get some tea, a candle, some wine, whatever (make it special for yourself).
-
Trust your first instinct – let your intuition guide you.
-
If nothing feels exactly right, choose the closest answer to how this self-protective pattern might appear in your life. If you have been doing inner work for a while, some of these may feel more like a shadow pattern than a clear personality pattern.
When you’re done, you’ll get an email with your top 3 Good Girl Protector Archetypes. But – and this is the exciting part – you’ll receive a deep dive into your top one.
And, if you’re curious to explore all three and how they show up in your life, there’s an option to go even deeper with me once you finish.
From my Good Girl to yours, and from my Sacred Rebel to yours…Enjoy.
With love & rebellion,
Beth
