Witches are one of the most powerful beings in the world of Ioretha. They have a powerful inner strength, and are drawn to the strange and unusual. There are many different kinds of witches; some good, some bad. You may be asking yourself, "which one am I?" Well, only you can answer that. No two witches have the same magical abilities either, making each them entirely unique.

If you were born on a full moon then you are a Nabiot witch, meaning your powers are a great deal stronger than the average witch. If you were born on a Lunar or solar eclipse, then you are a blood witch or a necromancer, which means you can walk inbetween the realms of the living and the dead. Necromancers are exceptionally rare, so if you are one-you are truly special and one of a kind.

Witches born in the Summer months (June, July, and August) can harness energies from the sun and from fire. That radiant sun energy helps align other magics. They can dispell bad feelings and stagnation. Many claim that just being around a Summer witch can make you feel more vibrant and energetic.They ignite healthy energy in others. Some Summer witches can also be quite destructive, when they want to be. You most certainly don't want to get on a Summer Witch's bad side. They tend to be particulalry good at reading others, making it nearly impossible to fool them with any facade.

Withes born in the Autumn months (Sepetember, October, November) are also known as "story witches." These witches tend to be highly creative. They use their magic to create stories and art. Their magic can even bring to life new and strange flora or fauna. Autumn witches have a real knack for potion making. Many can even transform into other things. They are masters of illusion.

Witches born in the Winter months (December, January, February) are said to have strong connection to water and lightning. They can harness those energies to make very powerful potions and spells. Many Winter witches are also said to walk amongst the dream realm, creating their own worlds there.

Witches born in the Spring months ( March, April, May) tend to have a strong, spiritual connection with the Earth. Many can communicate with plants and animals. The majority of Spring witches are also natural healers. They can harness the power of wood and flora.

Werewolves are highly misunderstood creatures. They often lack a certain decorum, and can be pretty loud and roudy. They love to have a good time, and can often be found at taverns or pubs, drinking and dancing the night away. Although the majority of them are rather rugged and tough, they have big, mushy hearts, underneath. A werewolf's loyalty knows no bounds. There is almost nothing a werewolf wouldn't do for someone they love.

Vampires tend to be old souls. They are also highly misunderstood. While many can be heartless and cruel, others are kind and empathetic. Thy tend to have strong desire for a deeper understanding of life. Vampires are smart, adaptable, and patient. The majority of the hold deep grudges. A vampire never forgets those who've wronged them.

Elves are warm, friendly, and hospitable. They're always eager to help others and make new friends. They tend to love things that are cozy and warm, just like their personalities. But don't ever mistake their softness for weakness. Just because they show up in peace, does not mean they're not ready for war. Elves can be just a fierce and passionate as they can be kind.

A Wood Nymph shares a deep and special connection with the nature around them. They are part elf and part woods, sharing energies and life from both spectrums. The Fae are, by far, one of the most mysterious creatures in all of Ioretha. Much of their ways and even technology is hidden from the rest of the world. But, many believe that fae technology rivals even our own, here in the human world. Fae are neither kind nor evil. In fact, none seem to sway in one direction or another. They are incredibly intellegent, which can make them a bit bored around others who are not at that same intellectual level. They prefer the company of those with great deapth and intellect. They can often be a bit egotistical, putting a great deal of time and effort into their appearance and fashion. Fae are extreemly powerful and have a wide array of magic. They do not interfere with the issues of anything outside their own lands. They neither ask for aid, nor take it. Much of the Fae is still unknown, and likely always will be.
