Unfortunately your worth is at a very low point and you don’t feel at all deserving of the love, time and attention that is so rightfully yours. When we don’t like ourselves on a deep level, or our experiences in the world have made us abandon ourselves for the benefit of others, then we really need to get support. Feeling this unworthy will affect so many elements of your life, your relationships and your career. I urge you to begin the journey of healing, even if it seems daunting and hard, you won’t regret it. Find a therapist you can trust, or failing that confide in a close friend or relative, get the support you need. It’s impossible to do it alone. Well done, you’ve cultivated strong self worth and a loving relationship with yourself, and in my eyes, that’s the most important thing we can do in life.
