Prenatal Classes
We offer yoga, strength, barre and reformer Pilates classes from pregnancy through to post birth with your baby on the mat beside you. This gives you a chance to become part of a community, and the women who meet each other at pregnancy yoga and Pilates, often stay on the journey together, coming along to parent and baby fitness, Pilates and yoga classes with their babies and hanging around for tea and cake (you also get a discount in the cafe).

Practice from the comfort of your home with our livestream classes or choose from our hundreds of pre-recorded classes. And, if you can't make the live class, no problem. We send out a 48 hour replay link.
Choose to either get a single class for 5 credits (£10, or less with a bundle), or the full unlimited membership for £59 per month, including the online library. This is also included with every unlimited studio membership.

Basics Reformer Pilates Classes
We offer daily basic reformer Pilates classes, either for beginners or people who want to take it slowly. These classes give you the time and space needed to get to know the machine and understand the basic Pilates principles, before progressing into open classes. Some people never progress, and that's totally fine.

Open Reformer Pilates Classes
These classes have Pilates at their core but are creative, using the machine in as many ways as possible, sometimes using hand weights or other props, and occasionally adding in extra elements from other body work disciplines. If you are completely new to the reformer machine, please make sure you start with a Basic class before progressing onto the open level classes. Some teachers are more dynamic, some slow and strong, and we also offer classical reformer Pilates on a Monday morning for those who want to really experience the Pilates repertoire ad sequence as created by Joseph Pilates himself.

Barre Classes
Barre Fit is a 360 degree body workout with upbeat music, a strong emphasis on legs and glutes, but also core and upper body work to help craft a long, lean and strong physique. You’ll use hand and ankle weights and resistance bands to work your muscles to fatigue, and then pulse. You don’t need any ballet experience or level of fitness to attend. Just come along and rest when you need. We also offer a gentle barre class if you’d rather a more flowy, relaxing class.

Stretch & Splits Classes
Stretching is essential to maintain a healthy body and to keep the body flexible, This is a deep stretch class that focuses on the holding of poses to increase full-body flexibility with a focus on back mobility and moving towards splits and over splits. This is a great class for anyone with a regular practice. But all levels are welcome here (modifications are available). So come practice your stretching and improve your flexibility in a friendly and safe environment.
We reccomend this class as a complement for yoga and pilates practitioners.

Women Only Classes
We’ve got nearly 200 classes a week these days, and lots of lovely men and other gender identities in our community, but we know that for a whole host of reasons, some women feel more comfortable in classes with just other women. We’ve also now added light curtains to the windows in the reformer studio both as a shade from the sunlight (when it comes!) and for women who want to remove their coverings in a women only class. The classes are all for all levels. If you have any questions about what class is best for you, please do ask us.

Hot Yoga Classes
Hot classes are taught in a studio heated at 37-42 degrees with air purifying systems to clean the air as you move. We use aromatherapy diffusers, with scents carefully selected to enhance the practise, and also work with different coloured lighting to align with different chakras and energies.

A level-up from our usual reformer Pilates classes, these sessions are designed to push your limits, build your strength and leave you sweating.
Reformer classes have a classical Pilates core but are creative, faster in pace and add in extra elements from other body work disciplines. There will be a greater range of exercises using the machine, possibly with the addition of hand weights.
