One Pea/Wee Pea Structured Play
Wee & One Peas is a movement-based class for babies and early toddlers, fostering whole-child development through active play, sensory exploration, and social interaction. Designed to support coordination, balance, and cognitive growth, activities include reaching, grasping, rolling, stepping, and swinging. With music, rhythm, and repetition, little ones build strength, confidence, and early learning skills in a fun, engaging environment! This class is a Shadow class and requires parents to be active with the children.
Two Peas
Two Peas (2-Year-Olds) are active, independent, and eager to learn! This program supports their rapid physical, cognitive, and language development through engaging gymnastics activities. Two Peas practice running, balancing, rolling, and weight transfers while exploring colors, shapes, and numbers through movement-based learning. With songs, interactive games, and hands-on play, this multi-sensory experience strengthens coordination, social skills, and early problem-solving—all while having fun! This class is a Shadow class and requires parents to be active with the children.
Three Peas
Three Peas (3-Year-Olds) are active, independent, and ready to learn! This program builds motor skills, coordination, and strength through fun gymnastics activities like rolls, cartwheels, beam work, and bar exercises. Three Peas also develop listening skills, spatial awareness, and early learning concepts like sequencing, colors, and shapes—all while moving, playing, and having fun in an engaging, structured environment! This class is a Shadow class and requires parents to be active with the children.
PreSchool (4/5 Peas)
Preschoolers are full of energy and ready to grow! This program helps them build strength, coordination, and independence through gymnastics activities like forward rolls, jumps, and balance work on the beam. Four Peas also work on cognitive skills such as letter and number recognition, sequencing, and following instructions. The curriculum promotes active learning, social development, and increased independence, all while preparing them for the transition to kindergarten in a fun, structured environment.
Step 2
These athletes have graduated from Step 1 mastering basic Level 1 gymnastics skills and are now ready to begin Level 2 skills. Through this athletes continue to build strength and confidence to advance to competitive gymnastics or Rec. Step 2 is 1 hour in length and invite/eval based only.
Step 1
At R&R, all school-aged athletes begin their gymnastics journey in Step 1. Our staff focuses on fun and functional movements, coordination, body shapes, and listening skills. We offer a general introduction to key gymnastics elements, including Tumbling, Beam, and Bars. Through this foundational training, athletes build confidence and discipline, preparing them to advance to Step 2, REC, or competitive gymnastics.
Pre Team
This program is invitation or tryout only. This is designed for athletes ages 4-7 that show a high interest in gymnastics and whom are able to mentally focus through longer structured practices. This class is a precursor to Competitive gymnastics teams for advanced young athletes, and/or highly passionate and focused young athletes. Athletes will be invited to this group from Classes. Parents are expected to make a year round commitment to the training schedule which is twice per week. These athletes will advance to DP or XCEL once they are old enough and ready to compete.
Rec 1
This program is invitation or tryout only. This is designed for athletes ages 4-7 that show a high interest in gymnastics and whom are able to mentally focus through longer structured practices. This class is a precursor to Competitive gymnastics teams for advanced young athletes, and/or highly passionate and focused young athletes. Athletes will be invited to this group from Classes. Rec 2
Level 2 Recreational gymnastics at R&R builds on skills from Level 1, introducing more advanced techniques all events. Athletes continue to develop their strength, flexibility, and coordination while learning new skills and increasing their confidence. These athletes have mastered level 1 and are working towards level 2 skills. This class is 1.5 hours in length and is invite or trial only.
Rec Bronze (Pre Team for Ages 7+)
Rec Bronze is designed for athletes who are looking to pursuit the sport of gymnastics with no desire to perform competitively. These athletes have mastered levels 1/2 and are ready to work more advanced skill on all events. This class is 2 hours in length and is invite or trial only.
Tumble Fit
Our Tumbling Program is perfect for students of all levels seeking to enhance their tumbling skills in a flexible and supportive setting. This 1-hour class provides a structured "open gym" environment where you can focus on refining your techniques, building strength, and reaching your tumbling goals.
Boys Rec
Are your children ready to tumble with us in a full hour of gymnastics where they will build self-confidence while continuing to gain strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and overall fitness? Specifically tailored for boys who are 5 to 9y11m. They also will develop the basic skills of boys gymnastics with the emphasis on forward and backward rolls as well as cartwheels and other tumbling skills. Our well trained and super active instructors will use encouraging methods to help your children to develop the basic skills of gymnastics; the children will learn how to safely use all of the gym’s equipment (bars, rod floor, foam pit, Olympic Trampoline, Tumble Trak, rings, and floor equipment), building up self-confidence, and making new friends.
