Looney Lumberjacks -- 2 vs. 2 duel in which two teams have to work together using a saw to cut through a log
Looney Lumberjacks is an actual Mario Party mini-game featured in Mario Party 2 for the N64, and Mario Party: The Top 100 for the Nintendo 3DS.

Heat Stroke - 1 vs. 3 minigame in which one player is floating with a hammer, and has to knock away platforms that the other 3 players are standing on. If any player is standing on a platform when the hammer hits, they get booted off the screen.
Heat Stroke is an actual Mario Party Mini-Game that was featured in Mario Party 5 for the Gamecube and Mario Party: The Top 100 for the Nintendo DS.

Don't Milk The Cows -- 4 Person Minigame where players have to fill up as many glasses of milk as possible by hitting a button as fast as they can. Most glasses of milk wins.
Don't Milk the Cows is NOT an actual Mario Party Mini-Game. It is, however, a mini-game found in Rayman's Raving Rabids, published for the PS2, Wii, X360 and PCs in 2006. There, the minigame is called Bunnies Don't Milk Cows.

Trash Landing - 4 Player Mini-Game in which players swing from a rope to a variety of garage related objects that they haven't seen beforehand. The size of the object determines when they have to press a button to mount the landing properly.
Trash Landing is an actual Mario Party Mini-Game featured in Mario Party DS for the Nintendo DS.

Goomba Goomba Two Shoes - 4 Person Mini-Game of the musical variety. Players have to follow the moves on-screen in time with music, and mirror the Goombas on the stage in front of them. Miss a move and you're disqualified. Last Person Standing Wins
While there are musical variety mini-games, and versions of Simon Says throughout all the available Mario Party Mini-Games, this mini-game is completely made up!

Paint the Town - 4 Person Mini-Game in which players are put in front of a Mushroom Kingdom-theme shooting gallery with toadstools and goombas. Each Goomba shot with their paintball gun is a point; each toadstool loses a point. Most points wins.
While there are similar mini-games that involve shooting, this one is completely made-up. There are no paintball shooting gallery style mini-games yet among all 769 Mario Party mini-games.

Boo Burglars - 2 vs. 2 mini-game in which one person shines a flashlight on Boos to find out which one had a diamond inside of it, while the other teammate uses a net to capture them. Most diamonds wins.

Cut From the Team - 4 Person Mini-Game where each person cuts one of ten wires. If the wire is dead, they move to the back of the line. If it's live, it activates a spring that catapults them off the platform. Last person standing wins.
Cut From the Team is an actual Mario Party Mini Game. It is a featured battle mini-game in Mario Party 8 for the Nintendo Wii.

Down the Drain - 4 Person Mini-Game in which players have to plunge a warp pipe as fast as possible while water fills the screen by hitting a button as fast as possible. Fastest person wins.
Down the Drain is all made up, but we'd be lying if we said we didn't want to see this one happen!

Fuel Me Once - Players have to hit a button at the correct time to fill their jetpack with enough fuel to land on a designated spot. The needle moves at random speeds and blacks itself out to make it more difficult for players. Closest wins.
Fuel Me Once is an actual Mario Party Mini-Game featured in Mario Party: Island Tour for the Nintendo 3DS.
