Motherhood Energy Assessment
Purpose: Hey Mama - How are you feeling lately? Are you wondering what actually is depleting you and wanting to get back to a balanced place physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually? This assessment will walk you through questions that will analyze those 4 areas to give you an overall view of where your energy is being used the most. This builds understanding and awareness and also a way to build an action plan on how to get to that balanced state.
It will also help in identifying where your energy is strong -- so you can continue to do the things that are already working!! This will build confidence and positivity.
