Nonstick cookware heats up quickly and cleans up quickly. Many of the pieces in the line have removable handles for easy storage and to make them easy to move in and out of the oven.
Beginning cooks love nonstick cookware because it's relatively difficult to burn food. The heat distribution is fantastic which means everyone should have at least one piece because it can't be beaten for cooking items like eggs, pancakes, or grilled sandwiches.
We have lots of nonstick cookware! Not sure which is right for you? Check out our collection page to help you make the decision!
Our stainless steel nonstick pans are the perfect mashup between regular nonstick cookware (nothing sticks to it) and stainless steel (all the tasty bits left in the pan after searing meat and fish stick to it). The pans are coated with a stainless steel mesh so that there’s enough stainless steel to catch the fond (those stuck-on bits), but not enough to make cleanup a chore.
They’re dishwasher safe which is helpful for cleanup, too!
The pans and stones in our Rockcrock® line are ultra-versatile. This clay cookware can travel from fridge to stovetop, oven, grill, microwave, slow cooker, and broiler with ease—even within a single recipe.
Rockcrok’s heat retention is excellent, so they’re great options on nights where not everyone is eating at the same time, but everyone wants hot food (that hasn’t been reheated).
Cast iron cookware has been around for hundreds of years. It’s unmatched in terms of durability and there’s nothing better for getting that perfect sear on a steak. Your pan won’t take care of itself, but simple maintenance is enough to give you a pan that will keep getting better over the decades.
We have both seasoned and enameled cast iron cookware in our collection—tough decision, right? We've got a collection page to help you make the choice!
