I hate it and do everything possible to avoid it

Certainly it's not a pleasant thing, even though I have never experienced it myself

I dislike changing my ways and routines and I try to avoid it at all cost

I embrace change as it makes my life more fulfilling and exciting

I can adjust to change but it's not my favourite thing
