Based on your answers, it looks like you are Overconsuming Olivia i.e. you are currently stuck in the Overconsumption Bubble which is why your desires are nowhere in sight.
You’re the girlie who is always seeking & can’t get enough of learning. You love reading, watching, and consuming content about manifestation…so much so that you could regurgitate the concepts in your sleep.
And while learning is SO important at every stage of your journey, knowledge is only potential power. In order to manifest the changes you desire, you need to get out of your analytical mind & into your body. In other words, you need to start actually applying all that you know about manifestation. An easy way to do so right now:
Set 3 mini habits that you’re committed to staying consistent with over the next 30 days, 1 of which is related to your actual desire e.g.
- Check your bank statements every week and/or create a spending plan that you actually can follow through with
- Initiate at least one social outing per week with someone who you aren’t normally in touch with
- Commit to some kind of workout at least 3 x 45 minutes a week
…it’s less how big or intense your action steps BUT more about your level of consistency i.e. the frequency which you are actually moving in the direction of your desires and the momentum you are creating.
Based on your answers, it looks like you are Ego-Driven Ella i.e. you are currently stuck in the Ego Bubble which is why your desires are nowhere in sight.
Your ego stems from lack & limitation and when you operate out of your ego (consciously or unconsciously), your life can only mirror back more lack. A few signs you are in your ego include:
1. Resigning to the fact that nothing works because you already know & have tried everything.
2. You try to go about your journey on your own because you see asking for support as a sign of weakness.
3. You are constantly throwing in the towel with your desires because of the need for instant results & physical proof that your efforts are working
4. Rather than surrender & let go of control, you keep trying to micromanage and figure out ‘HOW’ your desires can manifest.
5. You make making decisions from fear & self-doubt
Fortunately you can get past your ego by intentionally creating a safe & harmonious internal environment. This starts with you committing to daily habits that you can be consistent with in order to regulate your nervous system. Rather than continue self-abandoning with excuses that only fuel your ego (e.g. “I don’t have time, I’m not motivated, I’m exhausted”), it’s time to prioritise how you take care of yourself…at least if you want to see your desires manifest. Your action step to help you create a safe environment so that you can transcend your ego in order to manifest your desires:
Choose 1 habit that allows you to pour into yourself mentally, physically and/or emotionally and commit to following through every day for the next 30 days.
As always, consistency is KEY. Few examples:
- Turning off devices an hour before bed
- Putting pen to paper at least once a day
- Meditating for 10 minutes daily
- Starting your day with a 30-minute walk
- Engaging in a daily gratitude practice
Based on your answers, it looks like you are Victimised Victoria i.e. you are currently stuck in the Victim Bubble which is why your desires are nowhere in sight.
Here you feel like your life happening to you.
You find yourself blaming other people & conditions for your results.
You’re constantly complaining & talking about your problems to anyone who’s willing to listen.
You’re waiting for someone or something to come and save you.
You keep rehashing the past and all that you’ve gone through & you describe your life in absolutes i.e. “This always happens to me” or “I never get what I want”.
If you’re ready to manifest a new outcome, you need to show up as a more empowered version of yourself who knows she is actually in control of her life. And a simple action step to help you shift to a state of power:
Commit to a daily gratitude practice in order to train your mind to start seeing life through a lens of “𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘍𝘖𝘙 𝘮𝘦”. It can be as simple as writing down 10 things you’re grateful for every single day (be sure to diversify that list).
As always, consistency is key!
Based on your answers, it looks like you are Self-Aware Sally i.e. you are currently stuck in the Self-Awareness Bubble which is why your desires are nowhere in sight.
While it’s important to understand & know yourself, that’s only the first step. What you do with this new understanding of yourself really determines whether or not your desires manifest i.e. are you using self-awareness as a sword of self-destruction by not changing OR are you using your self-awareness as a catalyst for growth & change so that your reality can finally mirror back something new?
For example it’s not enough for you to identify that you fear rejection or to pinpoint where your issues with money stem from. It's what you do NEXT that determines how quickly your desires unfold i.e. your willingness to turn that self-awareness into action to enable you to step into a new version of yourself…and therefore manifest a new reality. And the amazing thing is that you don’t need to change everything all at once – even a few minor changes in how you show up is enough to change what gets mirrored back to you.
Your action step to help you move past the self-awareness bubble so that you can see your desires manifest:
Once you’ve identified one area of weakness, carve out one actionable step you can take to move past it. For example, if you know you feel lack around money because of your childhood, commit to being more generous with your money for at least the next 30 days (e.g. by tipping extra or treating your friend to a coffee).
