What are 5 things you’ve always wanted to do? With whom do you want to share these things and why?
- Let go of people-pleasing today by saying no at least one time (to something you don’t want to do) and strengthen your “no” muscle.

Note and write down: What situations trigger your food cravings? What feelings bring on your food cravings? When you feel a food craving start, ride out the craving with your breath. Inhale and acknowledge the craving. Then release the craving as you exhale. Repeat this breathing exercise until the craving subsides.

How can you tell if you’re hungry? Put your hands on your stomach. Think of a range of hunger. At level one, you feel so hungry you’ll faint. At level ten, you are as full as you’ve ever been, like after a huge Thanksgiving feast. Feel what’s going on in your stomach. Do you have any hunger pangs right now? If your hunger is a four or below, it’s time to eat.
