Here is the breakdown for other age groups:

- 25 - 34: $1040
- 35 - 44: $1850
- 45 - 54: $2230
- 55 - 64: $2360

In "30 Years of Giving in Canada", a report published by Imagine Canada and Rideau Hall Foundation, the aggregate giving participation rate was 29.5% in 1990. This means that 29.5% of Canadians reported some form of charitable donation on their tax receipt. In 2020, only 18.4% of tax filers reported that they gave to charity, a drop of 11.1% over 30 years.
