Siren Soapbox is on a mission to inspire others to explore beyond their comfort zone because we believe that meaningful growth and lasting happiness lies beyond what is comfortable! Exploration can take place anywhere, no matter your location or situation- you just have to figure out how to navigate that first step! Knowing what type of exploerer you are and how you approach a challenge that lies outside your comfort zone will help guide you on your journey!

It's Friday! Think QUICK! What are you doing this weekend?

Roll the dice and let the universe pick for me

Whatever my friends are doing

Doing a race or euchre tournament

Looking up local events, prices, times, and then making a game plan

Watching movies, reading books, talking with my friend over coffee or drinks

Favorite thing to do as a child?

Wander around in the woods all day, never knew what adventure I would have!

Ran around outside with my friends, probably playing Marco Polo or a snowball fight

Playing kickball or some organized sport

Science club, experiments, nature camp

Reading, tea parties, make believe

Congrats! You just won a trip to an exotic location that you have never been to before! What is your first reaction?

That is AMAZING!!! My bag is mostly still packed from my last adventure. Wait... when and where are we going?

OMG! I hope my bestie can go with me! I want to share this with them!

When & where and I am there! I am just excited I beat everyone to this!

Instantly pulls out phone and researches flights, weather, restaurants, and entertainment

I don't want to go there, I wonder if they will let me choose my destination?

You are at a new restaurant. You have been dared to try the house specialty. You have never heard of it before and don't know what is in it. What do you do?

DIG IN!

My friend recommended this place and they said it is good, so I will try.

No one will believe that I ate this. I can't wait to challenge others to be as daring as me (I doubt they will)

Ask the server a million questions- from ingredients to where the food is sourced to food allergies to where the Chef learned to cook

I bring protein bars in my bag for instances such as these. I'll have to wait and see what other's think of this before I dig in- heck, and see it!

Your boss assigns you a project. How do you approach it?

When is it due? I'll give myself just enough time to crank it out, my intuition always guides me to the right solution!

I wonder if anyone I know is on this project too? It would be awesome to collaborate with a friend!

I know someone who did a similar project. I know that I can make it even better and be the favorite with the boss!

Oh good, I need to return books to the library and now I have the perfect excuse to go and do some more research!

What are your goals when you go on a retreat?

No expectations. Going to get away and lean into the unknown and trust the journey!

Quality time with my friends in a new location

I am going to be the first one there to get a good seat and be the first to sign up for all the activities that I want to do.

I am excited to go and have a good time. I researched all the retreats available and this one fit everything I was looking for!
