Our Next Generation Executive (NGE) Program may be right for you!
NGE is designed for professionals of color who have a minimum of 10 years’ experience and have been recognized for their executive potential. The curriculum is best suited to leaders making or preparing to make a transition from operational oversight to strategic leadership. Admission to NGE is limited to the nation’s most promising leaders across all industries.

Our North Carolina Leadership Accelerator (NCLA) might be right for you!
Our NCLA program is the newest addition to The Partnership’s suite of curricula. The curriculum is directly responsive to a need for enhanced visibility, influence, and advancement of professionals of color across the region’s core industries. This program offers a transformative experience tailored to mid-level and individual contributors in the Research Triangle and Charlotte, NC Region, with a focus on creating and seizing opportunities to break into the leadership tier of their organizations.
